Summary

When a commercial bathroom's toilet was loose and barely hanging on, with rusted bolts and a broken flush valve, it was clear a quick fix wouldn't do. Alongside, the bathroom door lock had stopped working, adding frustration for staff.

The Work

Removed a toilet with rusted, seized bolts and multiple broken components
Picked up and installed a new toilet with a waxless seal, then thoroughly cleaned and tested the setup
Replaced and aligned the damaged bathroom door knob to restore privacy and function

The Outcome

The bathroom is now secure, clean, and works as intended. Both staff and visitors have a dependable space again, and property maintenance is back on track. If your building needs reliable repairs, get in touch.
